Gardening and Sewing

Now that we have a camera , we are able to share how our garden is doing, as well as other things that are happening around our home.

tomatoes grown from seeds
Corn

broccoli, radishes, spinach, lettuce, Etna beans

radishes harvested (they only take 22 days)

Carrots and onions

Zucchinis and cucumbers
The girls made some dresses for their dolls.

Thank you, Carrie. My wonderful husband has done most of the work this year or at least has told me what the girls and I need to do for it. It really is a blessing to have him involved with the garden.

Hey - I didn't know you were doing square foot gardening too. Your garden looks wonderful! You're right, one week makes a ton of difference. I can't belive how much our garden has grown in such a short time, either!

Lovely job on the dresses, ladies. Ya know, if we ever move back to the Everett area I think I need to take some sewing lessons from you. :)
