The Economy is crashing because of---Children?

I am appalled at what I just read. You will have to read it for yourself. We must be in prayer for our political leaders, that God would get ahold of their hearts and turn them around. One of them is now blaming children for the problems our nation is having financially and recommends contraceptives is the answer. Where will this all end?

Matthew 19:14, "But Jesus said, " Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
