The Economy is crashing because of---Children?

I am appalled at what I just read. You will have to read it for yourself. We must be in prayer for our political leaders, that God would get ahold of their hearts and turn them around. One of them is now blaming children for the problems our nation is having financially and recommends contraceptives is the answer. Where will this all end?
